Susan (Peterson) Gilbertson

Susan Kaye (Peterson) Gilbertson, age 62, of Baldwin, Wisconsin died Sunday, April 23, 2017.

Visitation will be Friday, April 28 from 5-7 p.m. at Keehr Funeral Home, Spring Valley.  A prayer service will be held at 7 p.m. following the visitation at the funeral home.

   Susan Kaye Gilbertson, age 62, passed away on April 23, 2017 at home in Baldwin.
   Susan was born March 4, 1955 to John and Darlene (Wienke)  Peterson at Menomonie, Wisconsin.  She attended school at Glenwood City, Wisconsin and graduated with the Class of 1973.  
   Susan worked as a Home Health Care Provider for many years.  She worked at several Health Care facilities including Spring Valley Nursing Home, Indianhead Home Health in New Richmond, Kinnic Health Care Center in River Falls and Autumn Village in Menomonie. Susan loved playing card games on the computer, watching the Oakland Raiders and NASCAR.
   She was preceded in death by her father John and sister Wanda Thompkins.
   Susan is survived by her son: Mike ‘Gibby’ (Angela) Gilbertson of Menomonie, WI; daughter: Jamie (Paul) Robbins of Durand, WI; grandchildren: Morgan Gilbertson of Menomonie, WI; Anthony Robbins of Durand, WI; mother: Darlene Peterson of Baldwin, WI; brother: Daryl (Brenda) Peterson of Eau Claire, WI; and many other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
   Visitation was held on April 28, 2017, from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. at the Keehr Funeral Home, Spring Valley.  A prayer service was held at 7 p.m. following visitation. (www.keehrfuneralhome.com)
