Alan Timm, age 78, of Spring Valley, died Sunday, June 16, 2024, at Mayo Clinic Health System-Eau Claire
Funeral service will be on Tuesday, June 25, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Matthew’s Lutheran Church, Spring Valley.
Visitation will be on Monday, June 24, from 5-7 p.m. at Keehr Funeral Home, Spring Valley and at the church on Tuesday for one hour prior to the service.
Family and friends are invited to Kyote’s Den on Tuesday, June 25, for a luncheon starting at 1 p.m. and a celebration of Alan’s life.
Burial will be in St. Michael’s Cemetery, Spring Valley.

Alan Timm, age 78, of Spring Valley, Wisconsin died Sunday, June 16, 2024, at Mayo Clinic Health System-Eau Claire.
Alan was born June 4, 1946, to Leonard and Elsie (Moldenhauer) Timm in Cady Township, St Croix County, Wisconsin. He was baptized and confirmed and a lifelong member of St Matthew’s Lutheran Church, Spring Valley.
Alan attended Spring Valley High School, graduating with the Class of 1964. Alan had served in the Army reserve. He hauled milk for the Hatchville Cheese Factory for many years and lived and farmed on the family farm in Cady Township his entire life. He loved his ’68 Ford XL, trucks, and his animals, especially his cats, and most of all his “roommate” Reggie. Linda and her husband Barry helped him on the home farm nearly every day.
He was preceded in death by his parents, sister Linda Schafhauser and brother-in-law Barry Schafhauser, and an infant brother.
Survivors include many cousins, friends, and neighbors, and special friends, the Schmitt family.
