Clifford Lund, age 83, of Wilson, Wisconsin died unexpectedly at his home in Cady Township on Monday, December 13, 2021
Visitation for Clifford will be on Monday, December 20, 2021, from noon until 2 p.m. at Zion Lutheran Church, Woodville.
Funeral service is on Monday, December 20 at 2 p.m. at Zion Lutheran Church.
Burial will be in the Baldwin Cemetery, Baldwin, Wisconsin.
Clifford Floyd Lund passed away peacefully at home on December 13, 2021. He was born October 14, 1938, to Arthur and Irene (Hartwig) Lund in Baldwin Township, St. Croix County, Wisconsin. He was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran faith and was a long-time member of Zion Lutheran Church in Woodville.
He attended East Baldwin and Woodville Schools and graduated with the Class of 1956.
He served in the United States Army and was a member of the Woodville American Legion Post 301.
Clifford was united in marriage to Alice Trustem on June 19, 1965. Their union would be blessed with two children, Susan and John.
He enjoyed dairy farming for many years. He was hardworking and had a real appreciation for life on the farm.
Preceding him in death were his parents; three brothers: Russell Lund, James Lund and wife Marlys; Vernon Lund and wife Kathleen; nephew Thomas Lund and wife Joan; parents-in-law Gule and Anna Trustem; and brother-in-law Glenn Trustem.
Clifford is survived by his wife Alice; daughter Susan; son John; sisters Margie Lund and Kathryn (Joel) Passow; sisters-in-law and brothers-in law: Lucille Lund, Ann Trustem, Elizabeth and Dean Roberts, and James and Joanne Trustem. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, extended family and friends. He will be dearly missed.
