Debra A. Gregerson

Deb Gregerson, age 65, of Elmwood, Wisconsin died Saturday, April 17, 2021 at home in Rock Elm Township.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 5, 2021 at 11 a.m. at Keehr Funeral Home, Spring Valley with Pastor Pete Friberg officiating.

Deb was born July 6, 1955 to Harry and Janice (Cook) Owen at Eau Claire, Wisconsin.  She attended Eau Claire North High School and graduated with the Class of 1973.  On June 7, 1975 she married Richard Gregerson.  They met and started dating in high school.  Although the marriage later ended in divorce, they were blessed with two children, Amber and Avril.

After high school Deb continued her education at Chippewa Valley Technical College and studied to be an LPN. She continued her education  to pursue a career as a Registered Nurse.  She worked at various  area nursing homes and hospitals including Crook County Nursing Home.   The work she enjoyed most was working with disabled kids in their homes.

She loved being with her grandchildren and loved gardening and knitting.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include her daughters: Amber Gregerson of Farmington, and Avril (Jason) Wood of Elmwood; 3 grandchildren: Jacob and Courtney Wood and Brandon Dahl; other relatives and friends.
