James Hague Jr. (Jamie) died Sunday, June 29, 2025 at home in Spring Lake Township.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, July 8, 2025 from 4-8 p.m. at Keehr Funeral Home, Spring Valley.
Memorial service will be Wednesday, July 9, 2025 at 11 a.m. at Spring Lake Lutheran Church, Spring Valley, Wisconsin.
Jamie was born November 4, 1980, to Jim Hague and Linda (Morehouse) Childs in Hastings, Minnesota. He attended the Elmwood School District, graduating in the class of 1999. After school, Jamie entered the work force and was a welder for various companies throughout his life.
Jamie had many hobbies, including farming, fishing, pony pulling, and hunting. He always had a strong passion for farming. He would always help someone when they asked. Jamie started pulling ponies from a young age and kept up with it. He enjoyed taking Collin and Bella out hunting and fishing.
On May 12, 2007, Jamie married Melissa Shafer. They were blessed with two children: Collin and Isabella. Their marriage ended after several years.
Jamie will be remembered by his smart-alec and quick-witted sense of humor. He loved his family and loved teasing each and every one of them.
Preceded in death by his father James Hague and stepmother Zona (Johnson) Hague; Stepfather Micheal Childs; Uncle Rick Hague.
He is survived by his children: Collin Hague; Isabella Hague; Mother: Linda (Morehouse) Childs; Siblings: Danielle (Brian) Snippen; Tanya (Twain) Beyer; Martin (Ashley) Hague; and Kari (Shawn) Alig; Nieces: Pride and Kalena Beyer; Nephews: Lane Duden and Liam Hague; Many aunts and uncles, and lifelong friends.
