Keri Halvorsen, age 58, of Spring Valley, Wisconsin, died unexpectedly on Wednesday, January 5, 2022 at her home in Spring Valley.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
Keri was born October 27, 1963 to James and Linda (Johnson) Immerfall in Menomonie, Wisconsin. She grew up and attended school at Spring Valley graduating with the Class of 1982.
After school she attended Regis Beauty School in the Twin Cities. She earned her license and worked for Regis Salon in the Twin Cities for a number of years. She continued her education and attended La Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. She worked as a Chef at the Sheridan Inn in Woodbury and at Water Street Inn in Stillwater.
Keri had been married to Rodger White and they had two children together: Kasi and Kory. Several years later she met and married Keith Halverson and was blessed a son, Zak. She was presently living in the home she grew up in, in Spring Valley.

She was preceded in death by her father James; sister Jody Brown; and nephews Parker Brown.
Survivors include her mother Linda Immerfall of Tucson, AZ; children Kasi White, St. Louis Park; Kory (Jessica) White, Somerset; and Zak Halvorsen, Hudson; brother Barry (Megan) Immerfall, Littleton, CO; and niece Carly Brown, Madison; other relatives and many friends.
