Naoma brought a sense of purpose in all she did.  Faith, family and hard work were her cornerstones.   She and Gaylord provided their children a wonderful foundation, she always said she loved kids even more than adults.  Naoma’s greatest joy was being with her family, grandchildren and great grandchildren.  She loved all children as they did her.   She shared her loved of the outdoors whether gardening with her family and the joy of spring fieldwork or fall harvest on the farm.   Her love of reading ranged from the Bible, historical biographies, to genealogy.  She was always game for a pontoon ride or a weekend at the lake with family members and loved the activity that it brought.
