Terry Roatch, age 63, of Spring Valley, Wisconsin died Thursday, February 23, 2023 at United Hospital in St. Paul.
Visitation will be on Friday, March 3, 2023 from 4-7 p.m. at Keehr Funeral Home, Spring Valley.
Terry was an organ donor and someone in need will benefit as the recipient of his kidneys and liver.
Terry was born March 3, 1959, to Wayne and Sharon (Thompson) Roatch in Plum City, Wisconsin. He grew up in Spring Valley where he attended school and graduated with the Class of 1977. Terry was a talented athlete and especially enjoyed football and baseball.
He attended WITC in New Richmond in 1982 where he studied to become a welder. He worked at Niro following his studies at WITC and later went to work at Donaldson’s. He retired from Donaldson’s about 6 years ago.
He enjoyed deer hunting and working on vehicles out in his shop. He was presently doing work for area farmers needing any welding. His dog Duke was a constant companion.
He was preceded in death by his parents Wayne and Sharon.
Survivors include his son Dustin Roatch; girlfriend Jeanne Roen; siblings: Cindy (Steve) Brorson, and Tony Roatch, all of Spring Valley; and Laurie (Jeff) Sperstad of Lakeland, MN; nieces and nephews: Kendra (Brice) Erickson; Rachel, Ellen and Christa Brorson, and Toby (Rhonda Anderson) Roatch, Amanda (Josh) Hanson, and Isaac (Jessica) Sperstad; great nieces and nephews: Arie and Harper Hanson and Cameryn and Evan Sperstad; and Carter Erickson; several aunts and uncles: many other relatives and friends.
